When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from your Google account. We use this to create and manage your FaceDub account.

Uploaded Content

When you use the Service, you upload character photos and reference videos. These files are processed by our AI pipeline to generate output videos. Uploaded content is stored temporarily for processing and may be retained for a limited period to enable re-downloads.

Generated Content

The AI-generated videos produced by the Service are stored and made available for you to download. Generated content is associated with your account.

Usage Data

We collect information about how you use the Service, including job creation history, credit usage, timestamps, and general interaction patterns. This data helps us improve the Service and troubleshoot issues.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers. We receive and store your Stripe customer ID and subscription details to manage your plan.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Uploaded content (photos, reference videos) may be deleted after processing is complete. Generated output videos are retained for a reasonable period to allow downloads, after which they may be automatically deleted.
